What this service is

Home Repairs Todayis a marketing and introduction service operated by Costart Projects Ltd (company no. 14812412, registered in England & Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) on behalf of Checkatrade, the trades directory operated by Vetted Limited (company no. 04285394). We introduce homeowners to independent tradespeople who are Checkatrade members. We are not the tradesperson, we do not carry out work, and we are not a party to any contract for work.

Calls and quotes

Using the postcode check, calling a number shown on this site, or requesting quotes is free and carries no obligation. Any contract for work is between you and the trade you choose to hire, on the price, scope and terms you agree with them directly — always confirm these before work begins. Calls from Google adverts may be connected via a tracking number; see the privacy policy.

Vetting and liability

Trades introduced through this site are Checkatrade members and subject to Checkatrade's vetting checks. We take reasonable care in how we match your job, but we do not supervise, warrant or guarantee any trade's work, availability or pricing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Accuracy

Coverage shown by the postcode check reflects the trades currently taking work in each area and can change without notice. Guidance content on this site is general information, not a survey or quote for your specific job.
