About this service

Home Repairs Today is a marketing and introduction service, not a window & glazing company. The site is operated by Costart Projects Ltd (company no. 14812412, registered in England & Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ), a marketing consultancy, on behalf of Checkatrade — the UK trades directory operated by Vetted Limited (company no. 04285394, registered office Level 2, City Point, Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS). Its purpose is to introduce homeowners to vetted, independent tradespeople who are Checkatrade members.

How the phone numbers work

When you tell us the job and your postcode, we check whether a vetted Checkatrade member covers that exact combination:

• If yes, the number we show connects you with that local team. Calls may be routed through a tracking number so we can measure which adverts work — see the privacy policy for what's logged.
• If not, we show our concierge line instead, where the team will help find a suitable trade — Checkatrade covers every trade, not just glazing.

Calling is free of obligation. Any work you agree is contracted directly between you and the tradesperson, on their terms — we are not a party to it. We do not charge homeowners for this service.

Who answers when I call?

You speak to the matched local trade (or the concierge team) — not a national call centre run by us.Home Repairs Today itself does not carry out window & glazing work and is not the employer of any trade introduced through this site.

Trademark

Checkatrade and the Checkatrade logo are trade marks of Vetted Limited, used here with permission. Home Repairs Today is a trading style used for this marketing service and is not itself a trades directory.

Contact & complaints
